What to include
Tell us which ForceLink page you were using, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. For link-routing issues, include the short link, destination URL, device, browser, and app involved if you can.
How we use feedback
Feedback helps us fix broken redirects, improve plain-English explanations, add missing integrations, and decide which link tools to build next. We usually prioritise issues that affect reliability, checkout, app opens, analytics, or pages that leave customers unsure about the next step.
